2. About the Services
ReliableSite offers an independent websites accreditation service, designed to ensure that the accredited websites meet certain standards of reliability and trustworthiness. An accredited website receives a ReliableSite seal that users can look for as an indicator of the website’s trustworthiness.
Our reviews are objective and unbiased. We conduct our accreditation Services under to the following guidelines:
• First and foremost, our accreditation Services are a supporting tool. They are not a substitute for your good judgement. Always conduct your own checks and make your independent choices.
• We aim to check transparency and better service to users and clients.
• We do not guarantee website owners that they will receive our accreditation seal or continue to hold it after receiving it.
• We charge websites and companies for the accreditation process and for maintaining our accreditation seal. However, paying us for the accreditation process does not guarantee that any certain website will be accredited by us.
• While we are making genuine efforts to review and verify websites’ trustworthiness, we do not guarantee that all accredited websites always meet our various review criteria.
• We do not review and compare all online services and websites.
• Our criteria for reviewing websites evolves and may change over time.
• A website not accredited by us may still align with our accreditation criteria.
• We do not review websites’ rankings.
• Our accreditation does not provide any indication on whether the accredited website is compliant with any applicable laws, rules and regulations.
